Thank you for your interest in Collaboration at Work. The program is designed for people who work full-time in organizations providing assistance with ethics, justice or dispute resolution and for academics or others whose research supports these areas. Please complete the following registration form if you qualify and would like to attend.

Food & Facilities Fee: $75.00

There is no registration fee. However, there is a food & facilities fee of $75.00 which covers the expense of lunch and refreshments. Payment must be made at the door in cash or by check made payable to Collaboration at Work. Once you are registered, the Institute confirms and holds a spot for you at the event. Therefore, even if you are not able to attend you are still responsible to pay the food & facilities fee, unless we are able to fill your seat with someone from our approved waiting list. There is no pre-payment, billing or credit card option at this time. By clicking the submit button below, the registrant has read, understood, and accepted the fee conditions.

Registering for this event ensures a spot as space is limited. By clicking the submit button below, the registrant is committing to attend entire event from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Please arrange registrant's travel schedule accordingly.

Photographs may be taken at the event to promote the work of The Institute and Collaboration at Work. By clicking the submit button below, the registrant grants unrestricted right to use and publish photographs in which he or she may be included.
